TASEK has been living and working as an artist, illustrator and graphic designer in Hamburg since 1997. Since he started spraying in 1987, TASEK has worked and exhibited all over the world. His works are the product of continually pushing the limits, possibilities and restrictions of the urban environment.
A central theme of his work is the contrast of the meltdown of information with the necessity to perceive things and at the same time to ignore them, and TASEK expresses this with typographical media, clear colours and reduced forms.
